RETURN INFORMATION
Return Policy:
Request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund less $8 (return fee for partial label cost) or request a return within 30 days for free for an exchange or gift card.
We offer a Refund (full price styles only) on all online products returned within 14 days from the delivery date this is inclusive of items purchased with Influencer discount codes, welcome codes and promotional codes of less than 25%. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused.
All products must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With all tags attached
- In accordance with the items booked for return
Items not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Socks
- Drink Bottles
- Gym Towels
Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable.
Please contact us here prior to initiating a return if you have experienced an issue your order. We will treat your request with the highest priority.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Order Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Unacceptable Conditions for Returns: While we encourage you to try on your purchases as you would in store to find your preferred fit, we request that you do not wear the items if you plan to request a return. If returned items show signs of damaged, wear, or are returned in an unsuitable condition (without tags), we cannot process your return. For example, returned items show signs of prolonged wear including; makeup, hair, dust/dirt, deodorant marks or markings.
PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS (EG. Black Friday, EOFY): Sale items or items purchased during a site wide sale promotions are ineligible to be returned for a refund. However, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange or provide a credit note.
How To Return
Include in the parcel all items that have been booked for return and a copy of the order number. Australian based customers are issued with a pre-paid return label via email once the return has been booked.
- Option 1 - Print the label, attach it to the parcel covering any previous shipping labels and drop it off at any Australia Post red box.
- Option 2 - Take the digital return label to an Australia Post Post Office for them to print and ship on your behalf.
Return Processing Time: Returns can take up 5-10 business days to reach our team. Once received, we aim to process returns within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-5 business days for return processing during peak sales periods.
FREE EXCHANGES
- Exchanges receive free return shipping.
- Size & same priced product exchanges are available.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges. For this reason, the pre-discount credit is available to exchange with.
- Exchange requests that contain out of stock items when the exchange is received, will be issued as a credit/refund upon arrival.
- Exchanges are shipped out via Aus Post standard.
FREE STORE CREDIT RETURNS
- All store credit bookings will receive free return shipping.
- Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Please note that store credits are non refundable.
REFUNDS
- We offer refunds on all eligible return items.
- $8 will be deducted from the refund total for the use of our return label.
- If both a gift card and additional payment method were utilised to place your order, the refund will be issued to the gift card first with the remaining balance to be refunded to the other payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of the return parcel's arrival and issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for return processing during peak sales periods.
- Once a refund has been processed you will be notified via email. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days to reach the original payment method.
- Orders placed using AfterPay are eligible for all return options.
- AfterPay refunds will adjust from the final instalments in reverse. Please note that no refund will be issues if there are outstanding instalments. If the payment plan has been paid in full, a refund will be issues by AfterPay within 2-5 business days.
- We recommend continuing instalments whilst the return is being processed to avoid incurring dishonour fees.
